Bord of directors and bodies
The voluntary board of Aidshilfe Darmstadt e. V. defines the guidelines for a statutory task. They are also responsible for and represent the implementation and further development of our conceptual and structural tasks.
The statutes stipulate that the Board of Directors consists of three persons. They are elected by the General Assembly for two years.
